Sales Development Representative

We're looking for high-energy, competitive professionals with natural sales instincts to join our high growth SaaS sales team.  Ideal candidates should be eager to advance in our sales organization by proving their ability to be tenacious self-starters on a daily basis.

In this role, you will:

  • Generate new business to fuel our growth
  • Conduct high-level discussions with executives at other enterprise B2B organizations
  • Become an expert in the SaaS industry, and evangelize KnowledgeTree's predictive sales enablement technology to sales and marketing leaders
  • Research and engage strategic accounts across North America
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Sr. Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication strategy
  • Work closely with sales management and marketing to ensure business development goals are exceeded

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from accredited university
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous successful sales prospecting experience
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • The technical aptitude to master our SaaS technology
  • A keenly developed competitive nature
  • A highly self-driven sense of motivation
  • A fanatical attention to detail
